Position: Sales Manager
Location: Pune
Exp: 4-6 yrs
- Working days/ Timing: 5 days (General Shift)
- Notice Period: Immediate joiner- 30 days
- Skills: AWS, Azure, GCP, Sales cycles, Client Visit when required, Negotiation, Closing deals, 4 to 6 years of sales experience in Hosting / Datacenter, Cloud-native solutions, managed services, or IT infrastructure sale.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in Cloud, Hosting, Datacenter, and IT Infrastructure sales.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement understanding to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Grow and manage a strong pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and visits as required to build trust and relationships.
- Promote cloud-native solutions, managed services, hosting, data center, and IT infrastructure offerings.
- Work closely with technical and presales teams to create proposals, pricing, and solution documents.
- Maintain deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP offerings to position the right solutions to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic outreach.
- Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and sales reports to management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Hosting / Datacenter / Cloud-native solutions / Managed services / IT infrastructure sales.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to handle enterprise-level customers and manage complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
