Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven GCC Sales Manager to lead B2B sales and consultative selling for our India-based GCC setup and BOT solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of global expansion, talent acquisition, and offshore delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development
- Identify and target mid-to-large global companies planning to expand into India through GCC models.
- Build a robust sales pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, industry forums, and events.
- Focus on sectors like Technology, D2C, B2B, AI, SaaS, and Marketing.
Client Discovery & Consultative Selling
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client goals, operational pain points, and team scaling requirements.
- Present tailored GCC/BOT proposals aligned with client needs (team size, infra, talent strategy, timelines).
Proposal Development & Deal Closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and finance teams to create proposals, SLAs, and pricing models.
- Own the sales lifecycle from proposal to contract negotiation and closure.
- Lead high-stakes conversations with CXOs, Founders, and key decision-makers.
Relationship & Account Management
- Build long-term client relationships to drive growth through upselling (HR, branding, infra,
compliance support).
- Ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery/account management teams.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track GCC market trends, competition, and entry strategies into India.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to internal teams (marketing, ops, leadership).
Qualifications:
- 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on consultative/solution selling.
- Prior experience selling to global clients or working in offshore/GCC models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong network in the tech/startup/enterprise ecosystem is desirable.
Work Schedule:
- Shift Timings: Fixed shift covering APAC, EMEA, and US time zones.
- Weekly Offs: 8 days off per month ( Flexibility ).
