Sales Manager - International Business - Manufacturing

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Business (IB) Sales Manager to drive business development and sales across European markets for Our manufacturing client producing electro-mechanical and industrial components. The role requires strong OEM engagement, deep international market exposure, and the ability to manage geographically diverse customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- International business development and sales in European markets

- OEM and key account management

- Market expansion through geographical sales strategies

- Lead generation, negotiation, and closure

- Coordination with internal manufacturing and engineering teams

Candidate Profile (Mandatory):

- 12-13 years of overall experience

- 8-9 years in international sales; minimum 7+ years in European markets

- Prior experience with manufacturing companies (electro-mechanical / industrial components)

- Strong exposure to OEM sales

- Excellent English communication skills

- Spanish language proficiency preferred

- Valid international travel visa

Education:-

- B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
