Sales Manager - Industry 4.0 / IIoT Solutions (Remote completely)

Role Summary
We are a German-based technology company expanding our operations in India. We're looking for a high-performing Sales Professional to drive adoption of our Industry 4.0 and IIoT SaaS solutions for the casting and foundry industry. The role is fully remote, covering the Delhi/NCR region, and reports directly to the Director - Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to acquire new customers in the foundry and die casting ecosystem.
- Engage with CXOs, Plant Heads, and Production Leaders to address challenges in quality, traceability, energy, and vision inspection.
- Deliver impactful demos, proposals, and value-based pitches.
- Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, automation integrators, and channel partners.
- Own revenue targets, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and report progress through CRM tools.
Qualifications
Education: B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production); MBA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in industrial/technical sales, preferably in casting, IIoT, or Industry 4.0 SaaS.
Skills: Proven SaaS sales record, consultative selling, strong communication and negotiation, CRM proficiency.
Good to Have: Knowledge of Lean, OEE, Six Sigma, and regional languages.
