Title: Sales Manager at FSIPL

Location: Ambala, Nagpur, Delhi, Kolkata


Experience: 2 to 5 years in Sales, with a minimum of 2 years in HORECA Sales


Qualification: MBA/Post Graduate in Management (Sales/Marketing preferred) or BHM


Role Objective:


- The primary responsibility is to build and nurture client relationships, identify market opportunities, and effectively present FSIPLs product portfolio in a structured and professional manner.


- The role focuses on generating new business and managing existing accounts, particularly within the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) segment, to contribute to overall revenue growth.


Duties & Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through in-person meetings, calls, and emails.


- Act as a liaison between FSIPLs multiple brands and the market, ensuring effective communication and representation.


- Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings to generate new business opportunities.


- Understand client requirements, present product solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.


- Handle negotiations related to pricing, delivery timelines, and specifications with clients and internal stakeholders.


- Overcome objections and challenges with persuasive reasoning to ensure successful deal closures.


- Accurately record all sales activity, client interactions, and maintain up-to-date MIS and CRM systems.


Specific skill sets:


- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills


- Effective verbal and written communication abilities


- Analytical thinker with problem-solving aptitude


- Clear understanding of FSIPLs brand values and business objectives


- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling capabilities


- Ability to independently manage client relationships and sales target


Qualification:


- Post Graduate in Management / MBA (Preferably Sales/Marketing) OR


- BHM


Experience:


- Minimum 2 years in Sales


- At least latest experience in HORECA Sales of 2 years minimum
