Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end sales - lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure and account mining. - Acquire new GCC logos and grow existing accounts. - Own individual and team sales targets; drive 10 Cr+ order booking. - Build, mentor and manage a team of 5+ sales professionals. - Manage Inside Sales/BD teams and build a strong sales pipeline. - Work closely with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams on proposals and client engagements. - Handle pricing, contracting, rate negotiations and deal/account margins. - Build relationships with senior stakeholders across GCCs and enterprise accounts. - Personally drive and close large enterprise deals, including 2 Cr+ / USD 250K+ deals. - Develop account plans for post-sale mining and revenue growth. - Represent the company at industry events and develop strategic partnerships. Mandatory Requirements: - 9+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Services. - Strong experience selling to GCCs/captive centers in India. - Proven 10 Cr+ order-booking track record. - Personally closed deals of 2 Cr+ / USD 250K+. - Experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises with $100M+ revenue. - Experience managing 5+ salespeople and owning team targets. - Strong experience in pricing, negotiations, contracting and account mining. - Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills. - Strong CRM and MS Office skills. - MBA in Sales / Marketing is mandatory. - Willingness to travel within India at least twice a month.
