Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive business development and key account growth within the chemicals, steel, and industrial sectors across Delhi NCR and North India. The role involves acquiring new B2B clients, managing large accounts, and promoting customized freight and warehousing solutions for complex industrial supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with exporters and domestic companies in chemicals, steel, metals, and industrial products.
- Drive revenue growth across NCR and northern India through strategic sales initiatives.
- Promote end-to-end logistics, freight forwarding, and warehousing solutions tailored to chemical and industrial customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement, supply chain, and logistics decision-makers.
- Manage large B2B accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
Market & Industry Engagement
- Develop deep understanding of chemical and industrial supply chains, regulatory considerations, and customer requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage knowledge of NCR industrial clusters such as Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Bhiwadi, Manesar, and Noida.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, pricing, warehousing, and compliance to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and periodic performance reports for management.
- Participate in industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.

Candidate Profile / Requirements
- 8-12 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions
- Prior exposure to chemical, steel, metals, or industrial sectors is mandatory
- Proven track record of converting and managing large B2B accounts
- Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR industrial belts and North India markets
- Willingness to travel across NCR and northern India as required
