Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG for metros and multiple locations for PAN India. The ideal candidate will have good experience in GT in FMCG / FMCD industries.


Location : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore , Chennai, Kerala , Ahmedabad , Lucknow , Hyderabad , Punjab , Bihar

Qualifications And Work Experience : Exp 15 to 20 yrs in Hardcore FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies: Drive revenue growth and expand market share in FMCG.

- Lead and mentor ASM teams: Ensure performance excellence and achievement of sales targets.

- Manage key accounts and distributors: Build strong relationships with trade partners and stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities: Provide actionable insights to maintain competitive edge.

- Implement trade promotions and schemes: Ensure effective execution across General Trade channels.

Drive operational excellence:

- Route to Market Optimization: Assessment of RTM, Managing 3rd party Organizations

- Builds Relationships, Assesses Needs through Questioning & Listening, Overcomes Objections,

- Leverages Resources for Execution.

- Lead, Monitor, Motivate and drive performance by leveraging selling tools and incentive programmers as designed by the company

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Proactive, result-oriented, owns the work, takes initiative on his own

- Excellent communication skills - should be able to interact with multiple stakeholders

- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership qualities

- Conversant with local language/trade practices
