About the Role
We're looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Manager with a hunter mindset to spearhead new logo acquisition across BFSI and fintech segments. This is a quota-carrying role focused on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing high-value SaaS deals.
MUST HAVE - Sales experience into BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Target decision-makers across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and digital lenders
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound efforts and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing to tailor solutions
- Forecast accurately and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Stay ahead of market trends in digital lending, fraud prevention, and risk analytics
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven hunting track record
- Experience selling to BFSI clients or fintechs is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, cloud models, and enterprise buying cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
