We are excited to announce an opportunity to join RapinnoTech Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Sales Manager IT Contract Staffing (Enterprise Accounts).

Role Details:

Position: Sales Manager IT Contract Staffing (Enterprise Accounts)

Position Level: Staffing Sales (Enterprise Accounts)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Contract Staffing, specifically managing & growing Enterprise Accounts. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships & expand our staffing footprint across key enterprise clients.

Enterprise Client Acquisition (Primary Focus):

- New logo acquisition across Enterprise & Large Mid-Market

- Engage CXOs, VPs, Engineering Heads, Procurement & HR Leaders

- Build strong pipeline via direct outreach, network & strategic connects

Target Domains:

Product Engineering | Automotive | Embedded | Semiconductor | Digital Engineering | Cloud | IT Services | GCCs | BFSI | Healthcare | Manufacturing | Retail

What You'll Sell:

- Time & Material (T&M)

- Long-term / Short-term Contract Staffing

- Project-based Staffing

- Contract-to-Hire Models

- Scalable Contingent Workforce Solutions

What You'll Drive:

- Revenue Targets & Gross Margin Goals

- Account P&L Ownership

- Headcount Expansion & Skill Diversification

- Commercial Negotiations (MSA / SoW / Rate Cards)

- Faster Closures with Healthy Margins

What We are Looking For (Mandatory):

- 8+ years in IT Contract Staffing Sales (India Market)

- Strong understanding of rate cards, margins & compliance

- Experience selling into Enterprise / Product Companies / GCCs

- Proven ability to open doors & build accounts from scratch

- Strong negotiation & consultative selling skills

Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds
