Function: Sales & Business Development (Commercial AC VRF/VRV)

Role Overview:

The role involves driving business growth for Commercial Air Conditioning solutions (VRF/VRV systems) by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies, and delivering customized HVAC solutions tailored to client requirements. The position demands a blend of technical understanding, strategic planning, and strong customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC segment across assigned territories.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, dealers, and channel partners to influence project specifications and secure orders.

- Sales Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (both volume and value).

Strategic Planning & Pricing:

- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to design competitive pricing models and discount structures.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Solution Design & Technical Support:

- Customized HVAC Solutions: Offer tailored solutions considering building layout, heat load calculations, energy efficiency, and budget constraints.

- Technical Consultation: Provide technical guidance to clients and partners for optimal system design and installation.

Order Management:

- End-to-End Cycle: Manage the complete order lifecycle including quotation, approval, payment follow-up, billing, and statutory documentation (e.g., C-Form).

- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid project delays.

Market Intelligence:

- Research & Analysis: Conduct market studies, competitor benchmarking, and share actionable insights with management for strategic decision-making.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the HVAC sector.

Training & Development:

- Channel Partner Training: Organize product training sessions and technical workshops for dealers and partners.

- Internal Knowledge Sharing: Update internal teams on product enhancements, new launches, and competitive advantages.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and commercial HVAC solutions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform heat load calculations.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

- Analytical mindset for market research and forecasting.

- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.

Performance Metrics:

- Achievement of sales targets (volume & value).

- Growth in market share and brand visibility.

- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
