The Candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by managing the overall P&L and directing sales operations. The role requires strategic leadership, strong client engagement, and effective team management to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
1. Strategic Sales Planning & Execution
- Design, develop, and implement robust sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify priority markets, product focus areas, and target segments to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Continuously review and refine sales plans based on market feedback and business performance.
2. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Define sales targets in alignment with company objectives and ensure their successful achievement.
- Track progress through structured KPIs and dashboards, addressing performance gaps proactively.
3. Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Serve as the escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and
retention.
- Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize client value.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct ongoing research on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
- Identify new growth opportunities, untapped markets, and potential business alliances.
5. Sales Budgeting & Resource Optimization
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual sales budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Balance cost-effectiveness with revenue generation to optimize profitability.
- Evaluate ROI on sales initiatives, campaigns, and channel partnerships.
6. Performance Reporting & Business Insights
- Generate comprehensive sales performance reports for senior management.
- Provide actionable insights on revenue trends, pipeline status, and areas needing strategic intervention.
- Recommend corrective measures to address underperformance and capitalize on strengths.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to product positioning, promotional activities, and go-to-market strategies.
