Job Title: Sales Lead - SaaS Solutions.

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office).

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Lead with over 10 years of experience in driving enterprise and B2B SaaS sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RFP/RFQ management, client acquisition, solution-based selling, and account growth within the SaaS ecosystem.

This role requires a highly driven sales strategist who can lead end-to-end deal cycles, build strong client relationships, and work cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.

- Manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions aligned with client requirements.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals in the SaaS / IT services domain.

- Identify and cultivate new enterprise opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution engineering teams to create compelling proposals and customized SaaS offerings.

- Build, mentor, and manage a small sales team to ensure performance, motivation, and pipeline visibility.

- Maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnership value.

- Work with marketing teams to design go-to-market campaigns and product positioning strategies.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor offerings to guide pricing and proposal strategy.

- Provide regular sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and business reports to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise sales within a SaaS or IT solutions environment.

- Proven experience in RFP/RFQ response management and proposal leadership.

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and subscription-based sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience using CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

- Ability to handle multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously.

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in selling SaaS products across industries such as FinTech, HealthTech, or Enterprise Tech.

- Exposure to global markets (North America, EMEA, or APAC).

- Experience collaborating with product and delivery teams to drive customer success.
