Sales HRBP Head - FMCG/Beauty - Mumbai- 6+ Years

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales HR Business Partner with 6-7 years of experience, including at least 2-3 years in a Sales HRBP Pan India role within the FMCG/FMCD industry. The ideal candidate should bring deep understanding of HR processes, performance management, and sales team engagement, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and partner closely with leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aligning HR strategy with sales business goals and driving performance.

2. Leading talent management, workforce planning, and succession strategies.

3. Acting as a change agent for sales transformation and engagement initiatives.

4. Managing end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (on-roll and third-party).

5. Driving training, compensation planning, and employee retention programs.

6. Leading the performance management cycle across the organization.

7. Managing annual increments, incentives, and manpower budgets.

Requirements:

1. MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School.

2. 6-7 years of experience with 2-3 years in Sales HRBP within FMCG/FMCD.

3. Strong business partnering, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

4. Proven experience in leadership development and talent management.
