Sales Head (Products & Services):
Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid) / Remote (in case of extraordinary talent)

Geographies: US, Europe, Middle East
Role Overview:
The Sales Head will lead Tech Extensor's global sales function across both IT services and product offerings. This role is responsible for building a scalable revenue engine, driving new business across international markets, strengthening customer relationships, and creating repeatable sales systems. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling technology services and SaaS/products, with strong exposure to the US, Europe, and Middle Eastern markets.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can build GTM plans, mentor the BD & Marketing team, close high-value deals, and work closely with the CEO, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Growth Accountability
- Deliver - 3.5 Cr+ revenue in FY 26-27 across products and services.
- Build quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with OKRs.
- Manage forecasting, deal velocity, and win-rate improvement.
- Create a multi-country GTM strategy (US, Europe, Middle East).
New Business Development
- Identify & penetrate high-value accounts aligned with ICP.
- Build relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, and Product Leaders.
- Drive outbound, inbound, and channel-partner acquisition.
- Lead proposal creation, pricing, negotiation & closure.
Product Sales
- Understand product roadmap & features.
- Build demos, value propositions, and competitive messaging.
- Run POCs, pilots, and business-case presentations.
Services Sales
- Sell application development, modernization, automation, DevOps, support, and staff augmentation.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Head for scoping & proposal accuracy.
Sales Process & Systems
- Establish a structured sales process: qualification - discovery - proposal - negotiation - closure.
- Implement CRM discipline and funnel reviews.
- Improve win rates via playbooks, case studies, and messaging.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a 7-8 member Sales + Marketing team.
- Build capability in outbound sales & solution selling.
- Design incentives aligned to revenue goals.
Marketing
- Provide directions to the Marketing Manager and team.
- Ensure GTM alignment for campaigns, events, SEO, and outbound messaging.
- Oversee brand positioning, case studies, website updates, and lead generation.
Required Experience & Skills:
Experience
- 8 to 15 years of selling IT services and/or SaaS/tech products.
- Direct experience selling in the US, Europe, or the Middle East.
- Proven record of delivering - 2-6 Cr annual quota or equivalent.
- Experience selling to founders, CTOs, CIOs, and Product Heads.
Must-Have Skills
- Deep understanding of IT services, SDLC, cloud, APIs, and SaaS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & storytelling.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Ability to scale a sales function in a founder-led company.
Success Metrics
- Achieving - 3.5 Cr revenue target.
- Building 3 pipeline coverage.
- Increasing win-rates and reducing the sales cycle.
- Scaling BD team performance.
