Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Sales Head to lead our next phase of growth across Enterprise (Govt/BFSI), Retail, and Channel (Logistics). The role demands a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with aggressive execution and has a proven track record of breakthrough success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Implement aggressive sales strategies, drive a "strategy-to win" model, and align GTM with Product, Marketing, and Finance.
- Distribution & Enterprise Ownership: Manage Distribution and Enterprise Sales, Govt/BFSI key accounts, and high-value contracts.
- Key Account Growth: Engage with national/regional retail accounts, expand logistics partner
networks, and enable scalable D2C/omni-channel programs.
- Leadership & Talent Management: Build and mentor a high-impact national sales team with performance-linked goals.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Govern forecasting, analyze competitor/customer signals, and deliver insight-driven reports to leadership.
Candidate Profile:
- 15-20 years in electronics, IT hardware, or B2B technology sales.
- Strong expertise in distribution-led and enterprise account management.
- Proven success in crafting and executing competitive strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Govt/BFSI, retail, and channel programs.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and turnaround capabilities.
- Graduate in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
