Sales Head - International Trade Finance
Description:
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies for international supply chain finance solutions
- Lead client acquisition efforts targeting corporate entities, export-import businesses, and strategic channel partners
- Discover emerging market opportunities and drive expansion in cross-border trade finance sectors
- Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, treasury executives, and financial decision-makers
- Recruit, develop, and guide a results-driven sales team operating across multiple regions
- Define key performance indicators, revenue targets, and compensation frameworks that support organizational objectives
- Promote a team environment centered on accountability, teamwork, and outcome achievement
- Partner with banking institutions, non-banking financial companies, and other financial entities to create collaborative market entry strategies
- Coordinate with product development and partnership divisions to design tailored financing solutions
- Oversee and develop a dedicated team focused on institutional partnership development
- Manage profit and loss accountability for sales operations while delivering on revenue and margin objectives
- Leverage analytics and metrics to enhance sales effectiveness and improve conversion rates
- Serve as a company representative at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and professional forums to strengthen market presence

Qualifications & Background:
- Master's degree in Finance (MBA) / Chartered Accountancy / comparable professional credential
- 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, business development, or client relationship management within trade finance, supply chain finance, or financial technology sectors
- Essential background in banking institutions, NBFCs, or fintech organizations with responsibility for corporate or institutional sales
