This is an individual contributor role suited for a true go-getter who takes full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure without depending on pre-qualified leads or support teams. The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of selling to both services and product clients across enterprise and mid-market segments. This role requires someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of building a strong pipeline through their own networks, research, and outreach. Incumbent should be highly comfortable in an IC role as well as managing a team as and when required. Key Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of the India sales strategy and execution as an individual contributor. - Generate leads independently through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, events, and referrals. - Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing. - Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions. - Build and manage a healthy, self-sourced pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership Key Requirements: - Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B sales with a strong focus on new business development. - Experience in selling both IT services and software products to enterprise and/or mid-market clients. - Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and close high-value deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of technology trends and client buying behavior. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision. - Comfortable working in a flat, performance-oriented culture. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. - Experience working with global clients or in a cross-cultural sales environment
