Role Overview:

As the Sales Head - HORECA & QSR, you will spearhead our sales strategy and execution within the Hotel, Restaurant, Catering (HORECA) and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sectors. Your daily activities will involve leading a high-performing sales team, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and optimal performance. This role directly impacts our market share, brand visibility, and overall profitability by ensuring our products are the preferred choice for HORECA and QSR establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the HORECA and QSR segments to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a national sales team to maximize their potential and ensure consistent performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major HORECA and QSR chains to secure long-term partnerships and preferred supplier status.

- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the HORECA and QSR sectors to expand our customer base and market reach.

- Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales within the HORECA and QSR channels.

- Collaborate with the NPD (New Product Development) team to identify market trends and customer needs, ensuring our product portfolio remains innovative and competitive.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our sales strategies and product offerings.

- Manage sales budgets and resources effectively to optimize ROI and ensure efficient operations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies within the Food Service industry, specifically targeting HORECA and QSR segments.

- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities for growth.

- Deep understanding of the HORECA and QSR market dynamics, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

- Experience in New Product Development (NPD) and launching new products into the HORECA and QSR channels.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
