Location: India (with international travel)

Experience Required: 10-15 years in Business Development / Sales in the AEC Industry

Educational Background: Preferred Engineer/Architect (AEC domain expertise essential)

Role Overview

The Sales Head - RoW & Europe will be responsible for driving business growth in these key international markets, building strong client relationships, and expanding our global footprint. This leadership role involves identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and winning new business, while collaborating with delivery and technical teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Drive revenue growth in RoW and Europe through strategic client acquisition.

- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities with EPC contractors, consultants, and owners.

- Lead bid management, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.

- Achieve annual sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Develop long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

- Represent company in client meetings, industry events, and conferences across target regions.

3. AEC Industry Expertise

- Leverage domain expertise in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction workflows to position company value proposition.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and digital transformation initiatives in AEC.

- Partner with technical teams to align solutions with client needs and industry standards.

4. Strategic Market Development

- Develop and execute market entry/expansion strategies for RoW & Europe.

- Identify emerging business opportunities and potential partnerships.

- Provide market insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with the global leadership team to align business strategies.

- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.

- Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performing BD team.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 10-15 years in Sales/Business Development in the AEC industry.

Background: Preferably an Engineer or Architect with strong understanding of BIM/AEC workflows.

Track Record: Proven success in selling services/solutions in international markets, particularly RoW and/or Europe.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Mindset: Target-driven, strategic thinker, self-motivated, and culturally adaptable.

Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel internationally as required.
