Description:
This role exists to scale revenue beyond founder-led selling, elevate the existing sales team, and deepen outbound + enterprise execution.
This hire must:
- Increase win rates
- Strengthen outbound performance
- Lift demo and discovery quality
- Close deals independently
- Coach/guide the Sales Executive and SDR
- Bring predictability to the pipeline
- Own revenue across India + SEA/MEA + USC
- Act as the commercial engine working with the founder
- This is a scaler role, not a build-from-zero role.
Outbound Strength:
- Has personally run outbound with Clay/Apollo/Nav.
- Responsible for generating their own pipeline.
Full-Cycle Enterprise/Mid-Market Sales:
Prospecting discovery demo negotiation closing.
Multi-Site Vertical Experience:
Must have sold to either:
a. Hotels
b. Retail chains
c. QSR brands
d. Coworking chains
e. Multi-location ops
f. Logistics/facility ops
