Experience: 2 to 5 years
Must have:
- Experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record in non-retail sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, industrial goods, or pharmaceuticals.
- End-to-end sales experience, particularly in selling products such as TMS (Transportation Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System) or POS (Point of Sale).
- Experience in B2B Sales.
Roles and responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution for Non-Retail Sectors:
- Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy targeting non-retail sectors, aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, and 3PL, ensuring product-market fit for each segment.
- Establish a clear roadmap to penetrate priority verticals and secure long-term business growth.
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Own the P&L responsibility for TMS, WMS, and allied supply chain SaaS solutions in the non-retail sectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring high-value enterprise clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects in key industrial hubs across India.
Industry-Specific Solution Selling:
- Understand and address the unique challenges and requirements of each target sector.
- Work closely with the product team to customize solutions, ensuring relevance and value for specific industries.
- Present compelling value propositions, leveraging case studies, ROI analysis, and technical expertise.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, train, and lead a specialized sales team focused on non-retail sectors.
- Define clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive results.
- Provide mentorship and conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the teams domain expertise.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as supply chain heads, logistics managers, and IT leaders in target industries.
- Lead strategic sales negotiations, proposal presentations, and deal closures for large-scale enterprise accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to secure renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- Identify and develop partnerships with implementation firms, resellers, and system integrators specializing in non-retail sectors.
- Collaborate with industry forums, associations, and events to establish the company as a thought leader in supply chain digitization.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements relevant to non-retail sectors.
- Deliver regular performance updates, insights, and forecasts to senior management.
