Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a strong background in Technical Sales, ideally from Engineering or MCA disciplines with around 15 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will excel at managing high-value client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering technological solutions within the Hyderabad region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture relationships with large enterprise/key clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering tailored technology solutions to meet client needs.

- Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to ensure solutions are aligned with customer requirements.

- Lead contract negotiations, manage renewals, and resolve complex client issues swiftly.

- Analyze account performance and market trends to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Prepare detailed account plans and provide sales forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/ master's in engineering, MCA, or a related technical field.

- Around 15 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Tech Sales roles, preferably in the technology sector.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with key or enterprise accounts.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of emerging technology trends and solutions.

- Experience managing large/complex client portfolios in the tech industry.

- Ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
