We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesperson / Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and strengthening B2B client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company's investment products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new B2B business opportunities
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Promote the company's investment products and financial services to clients
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and requirements
- Provide clients with regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities
- Analyze market trends and client needs to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management, with a strong focus on B2B relationships
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs and market opportunities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
