Key Responsibilities:

- Strong domain expertise in MSAs, SOWs, and Service Agreements

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Customer, Vendor, Partnership, Licensing, NDA, and Lease Agreements; maintaining contract databases

- Vetting and reviewing bids, proposals, RFI/RFP documents

- Drafting, reviewing, updating, and maintaining Customer, Vendor, and Lease Agreements along with ancillary documents

- Litigation support - maintaining case files and coordinating with external counsels in India and other geographies

- Providing M&A support and legal advice as required

- Advising cross-functional stakeholders on contract execution across geographies, in line with internal policies and processes

- Providing legal advice on a wide range of general corporate matters

- Sound knowledge of labour and employment laws; providing guidance as needed

- Sound knowledge of IPR laws in India; handling new registrations in India and other geographies, coordinating with external IP counsels, and maintaining IP databases
