- Looking for an experienced Legal Manager with strong exposure to NI Act, Arbitration & SARFAESI matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle NI Act litigation & cheque bounce cases.
- Manage Arbitration and SARFAESI matters.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, agreements & replies.
- Coordinate with advocates and legal authorities.
- Provide legal advisory and case management support.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in the legal domain.
- Strong knowledge of NI Act, Arbitration & SARFAESI.
- Excellent command over legal drafting.
