About the Role:

Webnyay is looking for an experienced sales leader to drive enterprise revenue across banks, NBFCs, MFIs, digital lenders, and fintech companies. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, closing large-value deals, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales, from prospecting to deal closure.

- Build relationships with CXOs and senior BFSI decision-makers.

- Lead client discussions, negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.

- Develop sales strategies, partnerships, and revenue pipelines.

- Manage CRM, sales forecasting, and pipeline performance.

- Mentor junior sales team members and help build the sales function.

Requirements:

- 5 - 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including 4+ years in BFSI.

- Proven track record of closing large-value enterprise deals.

- Strong network of senior BFSI decision-makers.

- Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with CRM, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- SaaS, compliance, or workflow solution sales experience is an advantage.

Work Details:

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Monday to Friday: Office working days

Saturday: Half-day, Work from Home

BYOD Policy: Candidates must have their own laptop/device.

Occasional company-sponsored business travel.
