Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dr. Vaidya's will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes to identify, engage, and hire exceptional individuals who align with our values and contribute to the success of our dynamic company. Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Implement best practices to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. - Engage and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Interviewing and Selection: - Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers. - Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including panel interviews and assessments. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers. - Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Talent Pipelining and Networking: - Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs. - Attend industry events, networking sessions, and job fairs to enhance the company's visibility and attract top talent. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on key performance indicators. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
