Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Consultant to provide legal support across commercial contracts, technology agreements, compliance, and day-to-day business matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, consultancy, and technology agreements.

- Identify contractual risks and provide practical recommendations.

- Support legal matters related to IT services, software licensing, data privacy, and intellectual property.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

- Coordinate with external legal counsel on specialized matters and legal notices.

- Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, IT, Information Security, and Business teams.

- Maintain contract records, templates, and legal documentation.

Requirements

- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT/technology industry for India & US as mandatory & KSA / Pakistan is good to have.

- Strong contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal research skills.

- Knowledge of commercial contracts, IP, data privacy, and corporate laws.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
