About the Role:

- We are a market-leading e-commerce platform seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to drive our brand's next phase of growth in India.

- This is a leadership role responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, encompassing brand, performance, product, and content marketing to achieve aggressive customer acquisition and brand health targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and own the integrated marketing strategy, annual operating plan, and budget to drive market share growth and brand recognition.

Performance Marketing: Oversee the performance marketing budget and team, optimizing spend across digital channels (SEM, Social, Affiliates) to meet high ROI targets and manage CAC effectively.

Brand & Communication: Define the core brand positioning and message.

Direct creative development, public relations, and large-scale brand campaigns to build a resonant and distinctive brand identity.

Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM): Drive CLM strategy focusing on user activation, engagement, and retention through CRM, email, and notification channels.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team, fostering a data-driven culture of continuous experimentation and measurement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Product, Category, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with inventory, product launches, and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA & Experience: An MBA from a reputable institute with extensive marketing leadership experience in a consumer-facing digital business.

Digital Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including analytics, attribution models, and marketing technology (MarTech) platforms.

Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of managing large budgets and translating marketing activities into tangible business outcomes (revenue, profit).

Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead complex functions, influence senior stakeholders, and attract top marketing talent.

Consumer Insight: Exceptional ability to distill complex data and qualitative insights into actionable marketing strategies and compelling customer narratives
