Job Description: Senior / Manager Business Development


Location: Coimbatore


Experience: 5 20 Years


Industry: Aerospace / Automotive


Qualification: B.E (Any Stream) | MBA (Any Stream Added Advantage)


About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional (Senior / Manager Level) with strong experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the companys customer base in both domestic and international markets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Aerospace / Automotive verticals.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers


- Understand customer requirements, provide technical/commercial proposals, and lead negotiations.


- Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and new potential segments.


- Drive RFQ management, costing coordination, and proposal submission.


- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, NPD) to ensure timely project execution.


- Achieve revenue, sales targets, and business growth objectives.


- Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.


- Monitor business performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.


- Build long-term strategic plans for business expansion and customer penetration.


Required Skills & Competencies:


- Strong background in Business Development within Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Ability to understand technical requirements, drawings, manufacturing processes.


- Market awareness and capability to identify new business opportunities.


- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.


- Strong customer relationship management.


- Strategic thinking, analytical abilities & result-oriented approach
