Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Account Management
- Own and manage relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact
- Develop deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and growth plans
- Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Key Account Managers
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and revenue targets for the team
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, customer-first and results-driven team culture
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Create account plans, forecasting models, and revenue pipelines for enterprise clients
- Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and proactively address them
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives for enterprise customers
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal stakeholders to influence product and service improvements
- Coordinate contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Reporting & Governance:
- Track and report key account metrics including revenue, retention, churn, and customer health
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience managing large enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
