Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Manage key client accounts and oversee end-to-end sales operations.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize account potential.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing industrial accounts within the Metal, Oil & Gas, PSU, Automobile, or FMCG sectors

- Proven expertise in Account Management, Sales Operations, and Revenue Management

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Technical background or prior experience managing B2B SaaS product accounts preferred

- Demonstrated success in handling large enterprise or manufacturing accounts across the above-mentioned industries.
