As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, improving business processes, and promoting efficient collaboration among team members. 1. Business Analysis : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and gap analyses to support project planning. - Develop detailed business process models and workflow diagrams. - Participate in solution design discussions to align projects with business objectives. - Checking delivery as business end users 2. Communication and Collaboration : - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and management. - Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the project teams. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions. - Ensure effective communication of project updates and changes to all relevant parties.
