Description:
Job Title: CP Sourcing Head.
Location: Hyderabad.
Department: Sales & Business Development.
Experience: 12 - 18 years (Real Estate Industry Mandatory) Plots / Villas.
Role Overview:
The CP Sourcing Head will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the Channel Partner (CP) network to drive sales for Ridhira Groups real estate, experiential living, and wellness-driven projects.
This role requires a strong network in the real estate ecosystem, expertise in channel partner acquisition, training, performance management, and driving revenue through CP-engaged sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing Channel Partners, DSAs, and corporate broker networks across Hyderabad and nearby cities.
- Develop CP onboarding frameworks, documentation, agreements, and compliance checks.
- Maintain a strong database of active CPs with performance tracking.
CP Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all channel partners and corporate partner relationships.
- Conduct weekly & monthly engagement activities, webinars, project site visits, and product orientation sessions.
- Build long-term partnerships to ensure consistent lead flow and bookings.
Sales Performance through CP Network:
- Generate revenue by ensuring CPs are actively promoting and closing sales for Ridhiras projects.
- Create CP-specific sales strategies, offers, commission structures, and incentives.
- Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and conversion.
Market Intelligence:
- Analyze local market trends, competitor CP programs, and brokerage structures.
- Provide insights to management on improving CP engagement and performance.
- Maintain a pulse on new brokers, new markets, and emerging property demand trends.
Training & Development:
- Build and implement regular training programs for CPs on project USPs, pricing, sales pitches, and closing techniques.
- Empower CPs with updated collateralsbrochures, price sheets, videos, walkthroughs, and communication scripts.
Strategy & Business Planning:
- Develop quarterly and annual CP sales plans aligned with group business goals.
- Track KPIs such as CP activation rate, lead quality, conversion percentage, revenue contribution, and retention.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and forecasting.
Compliance, Documentation & Governance:
- Ensure timely agreement sign-offs, commission payouts, and legal compliance.
- Ensure CPs follow ethical sales practices and brand guidelines of Ridhira Group.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Mandatory experience in real estate CP sourcing / broker network management.
- Strong broker ecosystem network in Hyderabad.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategy-driven mindset with ability to handle high-volume CP pipelines.
- Proficient in CRM tools, reporting systems, and sales analytics.
- Ability to lead a team of CP executives / sourcing managers.
