Senior Sales Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence across the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, regional market expertise, and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing, multi-region sales pipelines.
This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on deal execution, and close collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and senior leadership teams across geographies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia
- Drive market expansion and pipeline growth in key markets, working closely with the existing regional sales team
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value prospects and enterprise accounts across regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape across North America, Europe, and APAC
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and go-to-market initiatives across regions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting using CRM tools
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales process improvements
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across regions
Required Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in multi-region markets
- Demonstrated experience selling in US, Europe, and/or Southeast Asia
- Strong negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex, enterprise sales cycles
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS, Technology, or Enterprise solutions
- Prior experience managing or mentoring regional or distributed sales teams
- Strong understanding of cross-border sales models, commercial structures, and regional business practices
- Multilingual skills (European or Southeast Asian languages are a plus)
- Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams
