Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost budgeting, revenue planning, and management reporting, ensuring alignment with overall Business Unit objectives.
- Partner with Finance and BU leadership to drive annual budgeting, monitor actuals, and ensure cost adherence.
- Lead employee engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives to enhance workforce experience and reduce attrition.
- Collaborate with L&D teams to identify learning needs, organize functional and behavioral workshops, and track learning outcomes.
- Design, implement, and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, including RCP fulfillment, to boost motivation and performance across Retail and SME Banking units.
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and reporting timelines (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with internal functions (Finance, HR, YSB, SPU, Payments, Product Teams) and external partners or vendors.
