Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Senior Manager - Business Development (Farming) to own and grow existing enterprise accounts. This role focuses on revenue expansion, long-term client partnerships, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and account profitability rather than pure new logo acquisition.
- The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who understands enterprise clients, loyalty ecosystems, and value-led selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P&L and revenue growth for a portfolio of existing enterprise clients
- Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and multi-year contracts
- Act as the strategic partner for clients, understanding business goals and aligning Reward360 solutions accordingly
- Identify opportunities to introduce new loyalty modules, analytics, campaigns, and rewards offerings
- Lead QBRs, account planning, and executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Partner with Client Success, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Monitor account health, renewal risks, and revenue forecasts
- Strengthen long-term partnerships by driving customer retention and lifetime value (LTV)
Candidate Profile:
Mandatory Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM from Tier-1 / Premium Institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, or equivalent)
- 8-14 years of experience in account management, client farming, relationship management, or enterprise BD
- Strong track record of growing revenue from existing accounts
- Experience managing senior stakeholders (CXO / VP level)
- Ability to translate client needs into commercial and product opportunities
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in loyalty platforms, SaaS, fintech, CRM, MarTech, or customer engagement solutions
- Exposure to BFSI, retail, e-commerce, travel, or large enterprise clients
- Experience managing multi-region or global accounts
