Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager/Senior Manager to join our Motor Insurance vertical. The ideal candidate brings a strong pedigree from a Tier 1 B-School, along with a proven background in insurance sales or operations. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to optimize client onboarding, streamline processes, ensure documentation compliance, and support internal & external stakeholders to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement & Operations
- Provide critical backend and mid-office support to the motor insurance sales team.
- Track and resolve issues related to proposal creation, policy issuance, endorsements, and claim initiation workflows.
- Collaborate with insurance partners for product configuration, quotation, and underwriting support.
Process Management & Automation
- Identify gaps in sales-support workflows and implement automation solutions or SOPs.
- Coordinate with technology/product teams to enhance CRM and sales tool effectiveness.
Partner & Client Coordination
- Act as a liaison between channel partners, brokers, OEMs, and insurance providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain SLAs and ensure timely TATs for all sales-support-related activities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all policy-related documents.
- Monitor regulatory and partner-specific compliance requirements and maintain audit trails.
Insights & Reporting
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports to track conversion funnels, issue logs, and process KPIs.
- Analyze data to uncover bottlenecks or improvement areas in the sales-support chain.
Salary offered: 11-15LPA
