Revfin - Debt Origination & Execution Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead origination and execution of debt.

- Manage a team to:

- Prepare transaction-related data and material e.g. Teasers, Information memorandums, CAMs etc.

- Prepare monthly reports/ monitoring data packs and book debts to be shared with lenders for their monitoring exercise.

- Monitor and report compliance of covenants on a quarterly basis or as laid out in loan agreement.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Prior experience of originating debt

- Prior experience of leading a team to create data packs/CAMs/diligence notes for lenders.

- CA/ MBA finance or similar field

- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a relevant field in Banking/NBFC/AIFs

- Experience in Balance Sheet and P&L analysis

- Good proficiency in written English, Excel, and Powerpoint

- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams (Finance, Legal, Treasury).
