Job Description:
- Identify, track, and evaluate government bidding opportunities across portals and industry sources.
- Conduct market research on emerging sectors, funding sources, and policy changes.
- Analyse competitors, market dynamics, and revenue potential.
- Develop SOPs, templates, and processes for opportunity identification and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with U.S. revenue teams, business development, GIS, Finance, Equipment, and Operations.
- Assisting the US counterpart in closing the sale , also be involved the the current opportunities
- Coordinate pricing support, resource requirements, and opportunity readiness.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports using Salesforce and other tools.
- Support automation initiatives to enhance turnaround time and process accuracy.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline updates for leadership.
- Ensure governance, documentation quality, and consistent communication with U.S. stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in business development, tender mining, or bid management.
- Strong exposure to government procurement, RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, or public-sector opportunities.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed market/industry research and build insights.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement portals, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and bidding systems.
