As we scale across Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms, were looking for a digital-first, performance-obsessed marketer to lead our growth engine.

Your Role:
Lead and own Khetikas digital performance across Q-Commerce and E-Commerce platforms, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your campaigns will not just drive numbers theyll build the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets across Google, Meta, Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and more
- Launch full-funnel performance campaigns with strong focus on acquisition, retention, and ROI
- Build and lead visibility partnerships with commerce platforms be it through banners, content hooks, or strategic collaborations
- Continuously track, analyze, and report key performance metrics; optimize campaigns based on real-time insights
- Collaborate closely with content, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand and campaign messaging
- Test and experiment with formats, creatives, channels A/B tests, audience segmentation, and media mix modeling
- Maintain and evolve campaign dashboards, uncover insights, and turn data into decisions
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a consumer brand, FMCG, or D2C setup
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, and Q-commerce tools
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical mindset fluent in Excel/Sheets, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting tools
- A creative edge able to turn performance insights into bold, engaging campaign narratives
- Execution-focused with hustle in your DNA and a passion for working in a fast-paced growth environment
Qualifications:
- Education background in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- MBA preferred especially with a focus in Digital, Brand, or Growth Marketing
