Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Annual Business Planning & Review
- Review past performance and future potential.
- Set monthly and yearly targets for sales, parts, and service by location.
- Work with DSMs (Dealer Sales Managers), Finance Manager, and National Sales Head to finalize targets.
- Track weekly/monthly enquiries and parts usage, and take corrective steps to meet goals.
Sales Forecasting & Promotions:
- Study market trends to estimate monthly sales and ensure proper stock availability.
- Plan and approve promotional activities and advertisements with DSMs.
- Organize field visits with DSMs, review their reports, and guide daily sales execution.
Finance & Payments:
- Keep track of customer payments with the Works Manager and Retail Business Head.
- Suggest exceptions to credit policy when needed.
- Assist customers with vehicle financing and coordinate with finance companies.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor how quickly and effectively customer issues are resolved.
- Work with the Works Manager and regional office to close complaints.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and the sales process is smooth at every step.
Key Account Management:
- Oversee service, parts, and finance support for key customers.
- Act as a single point of contact for major accounts, coordinating internally to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
Required Skils:
- 12+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Industry
- Should be at Area Sales / State Manager position handling a larger team
- Should be technically sound and know market well
