
What you'll do here:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of enterprise sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing large-scale enterprise deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and positioning tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance on pricing strategies and sales reporting.
- Identify and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and enterprise networking opportunities.
- Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering
- Nurture and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts of all sizes
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales tactics and positioning.
- Champion a customer-centric sales approach, ensuring a positive and value-driven experience for prospects and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts.
- Develop and manage the 12-18-month Sales Enablement roadmap. Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity.
- Partner with Product Management to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, influencing product development.
- Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate global to regional training programs to maintain consistency and effectiveness across different markets.
- Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales reps to understand and communicate the value of our solution.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritize high-growth industries, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue acceleration.
- Ensure consistent sales execution through data-driven decision-making and performance analytics.
- Drive customer success and retention efforts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and account expansion.
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and high-energy sales culture.
