- The Commercial Marketing Manager India, South Asia will be responsible for managing, developing and executing marketing programs and campaigns to generate growth for the India & South Asia business. This individual will work across multiple commercial channels to further the ResMed brand experience and build synergy between channels.


- This role will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to develop, implement and monitor effective strategies and tactics in line with the India & South Asia commercial vision, goals and strategic imperatives.


Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:


- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives and leverage them across the region to drive the growth of the business


- Support the development of the business vision, goals, and strategies across India & South Asia


- Collaborate with the commercial teams and stakeholders within the business to plan and deliver local innovative action plans for business growth.


- Partner with sales and operations teams to drive marketing and promotional opportunities within the region


- Frequently analyse sales, market share and competitor activity. Identify and communicate key opportunities in different channels.


- Go-to-market Partner with the Solutions Marketing team to lead the formulation and execution of the channel marketing plan for new launches, campaigns and promotions, collaborating across complex cross-functional teams


- Support in the delivery of solutions/product training support, meetings and materials to support key initiatives


- Manage marketing deliverables and asset production to ensure delivery on time and on budget-


- Manage the end-to-end agency briefing process for marketing activities with agencies to ensure delivery on time, on brand and on budget-


- Communicate consistently with stakeholders on the progress of projects, initiatives and deliverables


- Support campaign analysis by providing insights into key metrics and success criteria


- Partner with external vendors and agencies as needed to deliver on key projects


- Continually monitor and refine campaigns, promotions and initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved


- Understand regulatory, government, reimbursement, customer and competitive environmental forces influencing the market.


- Report on key initiatives as directed by the marketing leadership team.


- May lead the work of project teams and will often formally train junior staff

This role requires a structured and proactive self-starter who can quickly and effectively respond to the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded commercial marketing generalist with strengths in project management, engaging stakeholder collaboration, creativity and innovative thinking and results-oriented high quality marketing coordination.


For you to succeed in this role, you will have:


- Tertiary qualifications (or experience) in Marketing, Communications, or any business-related discipline from a top tier business school


- Experience in marketing, including asset creation, event coordination, project management and market development campaigns.


- Experience in planning and execution of promotions, campaigns and events and identifying key metrics for success


- Demonstrated skills in project management in a fast-paced competitive market.


- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


- Previous marketing experience in medical technology or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.


- Proficiency in MS Office applications: intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint


- Experience in using of platforms such as Salesforce, Asana or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
