Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manager-Talent acquisition[Non-Tech] to supercharge our hiring efforts. Ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with significant exposure in FMCG/ Retail/ Healthcare or E-commerce companies Responsibilities: - Own and deliver mandates on time. Build and manage a talent acquisition team to support the organization's growth plans and hiring requirements. Manage the entire team in their execution, performance and strategic projects. - Understand the entire company's business context, composition, competencies, deliverables and their stakeholders and support leadership with hiring of key positions. - Find the right balance between speed, quality and cost, and use the talent acquisition vendors that are already empaneled effectively. Also engage with new vendors, RPOs, executive search firms, and develop their capability. - Build and strengthen the talent acquisition funnel and ensure continuous tracking through various reports and dashboards. - Enhance and own candidate experience for the interview process. Build a mechanism to capture candidate feedback in a timely manner. - Ensure market benchmarks and internal bands are taken care of while offering a candidate and prioritize the hiring funnel basis business requirements. - Strategize to improve the shortlist ratio, acceptance to joining ratio, adherence to process timelines and optimization of talent acquisition budget. - Create and lead strategic projects such as talent branding, recruitment software implementation, campus placements, expansion to new geographies, industry mapping, data analytics etc. Personal Attributes: - Passion for startups and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. - Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals. - A strategic thinker with a focus on building a long-term career at ResearchAyu
