Research Analyst (High Yield)

We are looking for an experienced Research Analyst (5+ years) to work in Hyderabad (Hybrid mode) for a Fintech MNC, who are expert in credit analysis, high-yield research, global market research, and portfolio management. Candidates from Tier-1 colleges with qualifications like CA, CFA, MBA, or advanced degrees in Finance are preferred.

Key responsibilities

- Financial statement analysis, industry evaluation, and competitive positioning

- Market trend analysis, economic indicator monitoring, and industry development tracking

- Bottom-up fundamental research and analysis

- Proprietary financial modeling, internal due diligence meetings, and company visits

- Industry conference attendance, sell-side and rating agency relationship management

- Client presentations and expert sector insights

Requirements

- 5+ years of industry experience in high yield research, credit analysis, or related field

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics

- CFA, MBA or advanced degree a plus

- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong financial, mathematical, and statistical abilities
