Job Description : 1.Engagement & Retention: - Create and lead employee engagement strategy including engagement surveys and initiatives that support business objectives, Employer branding initiatives and employee value proposition - Develop and Implement rewards & recognition program including designing Reward criteria, creating awareness, Process workflow and award ceremony, 2.Performance Management & Training: - Lead and implement mid-year and annual performance evaluation process appraisals and advising management on payout of variable salary and increment to the employees - Developing KRA's, KPI's Competency mapping dictionary, Job Analysis, Job Description, Responsible for end-to-end PMS activity - Develop corporate wide training need analysis based on the gathered competency gaps 3.Talent Management & HRIS: - Work on Job evaluations based on the Roles & Responsibilities, Position valuation, building Pay bands, assigning grades, building variable salary philosophy (retention Bonus, Performance linked incentive) - Developing, advising stakeholders on the designing, administration and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures related to employee relationship and lifecycle management. - Developing Organogram, Defining Job description, Redefining Reporting Matrix, Evaluation of Jobs for allocating appropriate grades and designation. - Business Partnering with the Internal stakeholders on all key talent decisions, providing HR advice and expertise which includes succession planning, lateral transfers, promotions, and redesignation. - Responsible for resolution of matters related to employee grievances including counselling (PMS/Incentives/Income Tax/Statutory/ POSH) 4.Change Management: - Providing employee communications about changes, preparing informational documents, assessing readiness before the change and analyzing potential impact. - Introducing and Implementing systems and processes based on the management & employee requirement.
