About The Role

The Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Analyst will be responsible for performing Sales analytics & data management.

The incumbent will support the sales team and regions with business analysis and insights that should help in the growth of revenue.

He/She will coordinate between sales and different functions and regions on key business aspects

He/She will manage the requirements of the field team and coordinate with teams for special projects and be involved in Merger & Acquisition, synergies realisation initiatives, P&L, AOP planning, Budgeting and financial reports.

Job Responsibilities

- Business analysis, data crunching and presentations

- Coordinate between various functions involved in launching innovation services / products to the sales

- Involvement in Pricing strategy, sales incentive plans and implementation of various sales processes

- Spearhead Strategic Initiatives and Special projects

- Involvement in Merger & Acquisition, synergies realisation initiatives, Margin improvement initiatives, AOP planning, Budgeting and financial reports

- To be a part of Business development and customer acquisition teams

Requirements:

Competencies (Skills Essential To The Role)

- Data Management, representation & data visualisation.

- Proficient at using various analytics tools

- Market Research & pricing strategy

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement

- Master in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university.

- Proficient in MS Office (Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience in sales will be an advantage

- Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset and analytical abilities
