Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the division's growth objectives and sustainability goals. - Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and create solutions that drive productivity and innovation. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: - Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, with a focus on attracting top talent for roles in battery manufacturing, R&D, and renewable energy operations. - Create robust workforce planning strategies to meet the evolving needs of the renewables sector. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and sustainability. - Drive employee engagement initiatives that align with the company's mission and values.
